MEMBERSHIP

 RIGHTS AND DUTIES OF A MEMBER

RIGHTS OF A COUNCIL MEMBER:

• The council shall issue a Membership Certificate to all members
• To exercise the right to vote in all matters relating to the affairs of the council
• To be eligible for election or appointment in any of the elective or appointive office or committee of the Council
• To participate in all meetings and deliberations of the Council;
• To avail of the services and facilities of the council
• To examine all the records or books of accounts of the Council during business hours.

DUTIES OF CCCDC MEMBER:

• To obey and comply with the rules and policies that may be promulgated by the council from time to time
• To attend in all meetings and other related activities that may be called by the Chairperson or majority of the Council
• To pay regularly annual contribution as may be agreed by the Council
• To support in the implementation of the Medium-Term Cooperative Development Plan of the Council
• To keep the primary updated on actions taken by the council; and
• To support cost-sharing mechanism to carry out the approved development plan of the Council.
